
the studio
We have a humble studio (up to three people) with; beautiful tall ceilings, sky lights and ample natural light. We also have heated bamboo flooring that provides a warm cosy feeling throughout the seasons.
There is a small outdoor space, with plenty of greenery, where we will host classes in the months when sunshine brings us warmth.
While at my studio you have the option to finish your session with a nourishing drink and a chance to talk through your experience.
Over time we will be adding courses and workshops to our offerings so please sign up for our very occasional newsletter for updates on these fun events that allow for self growth and self exploration.

I'm a 200HR qualified Yoga Instructor (Yoga Alliance) and Level 3 Personal Trainer and a Level 5 Nutritional Therapist.
Becoming a personal trainer helped me gain a practical knowledge of anatomy and a deeper understanding of healthy living, applicable to my yoga practice. This opportunity allowed me to help others develop their own health.
I set off to Goa to deepen my understanding of Yoga discovering more than I could have ever hoped for. It gifted me a profound and positive experience. I am now blessed with a new appreciation for life, no matter what, pure happiness. I would love to help you discover that magic within you too.
I teach traditional Hatha yoga and am happy to incorporate meditation, breathing and relaxation into classes. I will always to my best to utilise our time together to meet your needs. I thoroughly believe that regular practice can improve health, physically and mentally, even spiritually. To give the practitioner (you) a more balanced and positive life.
I reside in Watford, and am available for one to one, group and private classes in my studio, at your home, or in and around London.
Available for all kinds of practises, be it pre-wedding jitters, post party calmness & or even oh no I need a break situations.
