Now - I've only recently started my journey on using essential oils for wellbeing with awareness, previously I just enjoyed the scents my diffuser and my mat spray gave to me. However I'm on another journey of learning and understanding and at this time of year a hot shower is a magical thing - but totally elevated to the next level with the addition of shower tabs I know - but hear (or read) me out!
These are really simple, very quick and a great make to do while something else if going in the oven (or dehydrator!)
To Make
All you need is a simple ratio of 1:3 water to bicarbonate of soda, so 1 whole mug of bicarb to 1/3 of the same mug of water and give it a good old mix! It should make a paste - simply put this into a mould or into cupcake cases and bake in the oven for about half an hour (until solid!) wait for them to cool and add a few drops of your favourite oils - I've done three blends that I personally love!

Night time
1:1 lavender to sweet orange oil
Breath Easy
1:1 eucalyptus to tea tree oil
Energising
1:1 lemongrass to peppermint
To Use
Simply place one tab around half way up the bath or in the bottom of the cubicle with you, take a hot shower and breathe!
