Here again is a few of my favourite nourishing drinks to enjoy. All are pretty good both warm and cool.

Hot Chocolate
2 cups of hot water (or mylk/milk if you’re feeling in need of comfort!)
2 Tbsp. raw cacao powder
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. organic coconut oil
1 tsp. maca powder
Pinch of cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a pan, whisk together as it heats up. Once a simmer has been created allow to steep for another minute or so and then enjoy!
Chai
To make 4 mugs
4 cardamom seeds (cracked)
2 pepper seeds
4 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
4 slices fresh ginger
2 tsp black tea
4 cups of water
Simply add all of your ingredients to a pan, boil and allow to steep, I allow to steep for around 6 minutes. Strain off and either serve warm with a splash of milk/mylk or allow to cool and drink cold from the fridge.
Tumeric Milk/Mylk
1 cup milk/mylk (Oat/Almond)
1/4 teaspoon turmeric (Powder or grated)
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Simply add all of your ingredients to a pan, bring up to a simmer and allow to steep for a few minutes, sip slowly while warm.

Matcha Latte
1/4 tsp your favourite matcha (we love postcard teas)
1 Tbs hot water
2/3 cup milk/mylk
Simply add the hot water and matcha to the cup and whisk as much as you can, making sure there are no lumps. Option to have it cold, I like this in the summer or, heat up the milk and pour. I have to say I also enjoy adding tumeric and pepper to mine for an added kick too.
