We will be hosting a sort of Facebook & Instagram based Mindful March Movement - there will be yoga inspiration, DIYs, guided meditations and suggestions throughout March.
It’s a light hearted and peace driven collection of ideas for you to do either along with the community at one soul yoga or in the private of your own space.
